Jarrod Bowen Had the team's clearest opportunity of the first half, his strike well saved by Thomas Strakosha. As a teammate holding position, it fell to him to offer an outlet down the right side but his crosses into the box were inconsistent. Substituted for the final quarter-hour. 6

Harry Kane The difference-maker with his two more strikes at international level. The opener a typical opportunist's goal and the second an excellent header after peeling away from his marker. Aged 32, his form is unwavering with the national team are strong contenders in the upcoming tournament when he's in the team. 8/10

Eberechi Eze Had difficulty to get into the game from the left. Had a decent opportunity following a pass from a teammate however Strakosha made the save. His replacement made much more of influence after coming on. Five
